Our Work Speaks

Every project we've touched carries a piece of our philosophy - buildings that breathe, spaces that evolve, and designs that don't just sit there looking pretty but actually work for the people using 'em.

Look, we've been at this for years now, and honestly? The best part isn't the awards or the magazine features - it's walking past one of our buildings five years later and seeing it still make sense. Still fit the neighborhood. Still do what it's supposed to do. That's the real test, right?

Residential project

Lakeshore Residence

Single-family home that needed to work with the waterfront, not against it. Lot of glass, yeah, but strategic. Passive cooling does most of the work here.

Residential Architecture Design

Completed 2022 - Toronto Waterfront

Commercial building

West Queen Tech Hub

Three floors of co-working space that doesn't feel like you're trapped in a corporate prison. Natural light everywhere, rooftop garden that actually gets used, and the HVAC system that remembers it's 2023.

Commercial Building Planning

Completed 2021 - Queen West District

Heritage restoration

Distillery District Conversion

Turned a 1890s warehouse into mixed-use space without killing its soul. Kept the brick, kept the beams, added everything else the 21st century demands.

Heritage Building Restoration
Urban development

Parkdale Revitalization

Community-driven urban strategy that didn't displace anyone. Took longer, cost more meetings than I can count, but that's how you do it right.

Urban Development Strategy

Junction Multi-Residential

Mid-rise that doesn't look like every other condo going up. Ground floor retail that connects to the street, units that get actual cross-ventilation, and common spaces people use 'cause they're actually pleasant.

Residential Architecture Design

Completed 2023 - Junction Triangle

Multi-residential project
Interior design project
Financial District Office

Made a law firm's office feel less like a mausoleum. Turns out lawyers are people too and appreciate daylight.

Interior Space Optimization
Sustainable construction
Scarborough Community Centre

Net-zero energy public building that actually hit its targets. Solar orientation, geothermal, the works - but it still looks good.

Sustainable Construction Consulting
Residential design
Rosedale Laneway House

Tiny lot, big expectations. Proved you don't need sprawl to live comfortably. Every square foot earns its keep.

The Process Matters

Each of these projects started with listening. Sounds basic, but you'd be surprised. We don't show up with a signature style and force it on your problem. Your site tells us things. Your budget tells us things. The way you actually live or work - that tells us the most. Then we design something that makes sense for all of it. Not every project needs to reinvent the wheel, but it should roll smoothly for you specifically.
