Let's Build Something Together

Started this whole thing back in 2009 after getting tired of seeing cookie-cutter designs everywhere. Spent 15 years working on projects that actually meant something - buildings that don't just look good but work with the environment instead of against it. When I'm not sketching or arguing about building codes, you'll find me cycling around Toronto or tinkering with old furniture in my garage.

I'm basically obsessed with making buildings that don't trash the planet. Got my Masters in Environmental Design and haven't looked back since. Love digging into energy modeling, passive solar strategies, and finding creative ways to hit those net-zero targets without breaking the bank. Outside work, I'm usually at farmer's markets or trying to convince my neighbors to start composting. Yeah, I'm that person.

Came to Canada from Nigeria about 12 years ago and fell in love with how cities can actually work for people. Been focused on creating spaces where communities thrive, not just buildings that sit there looking pretty. I handle the big picture stuff - zoning, community engagement, making sure developments make sense in their context. Big believer that good planning means listening more than talking.

I'm the one who makes sure the inside of your building actually works for how you live or work. Studied architecture but realized I'm way more interested in how people move through and use spaces. Pretty good at squeezing functionality out of tight quarters and making things feel bigger than they are. Coffee addict, plant hoarder, and I've probably reorganized my apartment 20 times this year.

Total history nerd here. Nothing gets me going like a century-old building with good bones that needs some love. Specialize in bringing old structures into the 21st century without losing what made them special in the first place. Worked on everything from Victorian homes to old warehouses. When I'm not elbow-deep in heritage assessments, I'm probably at an antique market or reading about architectural history.

I'm basically the person who keeps this ship from sinking. Handle schedules, budgets, contractor relationships, permits - all the stuff that makes or breaks a project. Came from a construction management background so I know the difference between what sounds good on paper and what'll actually work on site. Organized to a fault, probably have too many spreadsheets, but hey, our projects come in on time and on budget.
